Well worn proclivity

Well worn proclivity

If going is a state of mind then so is not going.

I find that I am often trapped by many years of practicing bad habits. It's like Malcolm Gladwell's '10,000 hour rule' -- "you need to have practiced, to have apprenticed, for 10,000 hours before you get good." Well I've practiced being bad at some things for 10,000 hours and now I'm a pro.

In other words, it's a bad habit or a sin. I am a Christian and believe there is freedom but I still grapple with it. I think that one example of freedom is crossing the breakpoint between the lethargy of non-change to being a goer.
