Un historia de amor

When I was a teenager I fell in love with my wife. We lived in different cities, she in Phoenix and I in Los Angeles. The long distance relationship meant lots of long distance calls, back when they cost money. As I'm traveling with my dad and son I notice my son using lots of international roaming… for a similar reason. Initially I think “hey, careful about the usage!” But then I remember my own history. I guess it's befitting that my career ended up in telephony and in particular technologies like VoIP and PhoneX.io that permit lower cost and new ways to communicate over long distance.
