SOHO

The barrio we're staying in in Buenos Aires is Palermo. If I understand correctly an area inside Palermo that we're in or close to is called SOHO sort of like SOHO in New York City or London. There is a lot of color, shopping (particularly clothes), cafes, graffiti, and small artisans and street vendors. Here's a photo of one of the side streets.
