São Paulo airport

We have a 4+ hour layover in São Paulo. It's a big airport and the 2016 Olympics are going on here. But it's a bit odd. There're security checkpoints between terminals and part of our terminal was closed then strangely opened. The 'new' part had more space and shops so we spent some time roaming, watching the Olympics, and having a drink. I suppose the oddness is due to the Olympics' traffic.
