San Rafael State Natural Area

San Rafael State Natural Area is located in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of nowhere in southeast Arizona. While Sonoita, Patagonia, and Elgin and surrounding areas in southern Arizona are remote and tranquil compared to much of Arizona, the San Rafael State Natural Area is even more remote and tranquil.
