Confitería

We drove from Posadas back to Puerto Iguazu to catch a flight to Buenos Aires. We got up a bit earlier to make sure we wouldn't be late for our flight. There are more stores and confiterías open early but our route out of town didn't pass any. So we stopped again in San Ignacio since we already know the town. We went to a confitería that was closed the afternoon before. We ate delicious pastries and medialunas ('half-moons' - small, sweet croissants sold almost everywhere we've been). We also had good coffee to go. It was made as a long shot of espresso like an Americano but pulled through the grains the whole time. It was strong but not bitter. I'm thankful for the caffeine for the four drive back.
